We were asked to:

1. Create a warm, inviting keeping room off the kitchen in place of the screen porch
2. Establish an inviting entrance from the new hall to the existing living room/den
3. Make an entrance for the dogs
4. Build a paver patio, along with a grilling deck and transition into the existing deck with an outstanding view of the lake behind the home.
